Enjoy a Musical – Sistas the Musical — Top 40 Hits Tell a Black Family History

A musical journey of a multi-generational African-American family. Using a playlist of songs made famous by artists that include Billie Holiday, Lena Horne, Erykah Badu, Jill Scott, Beyoncé and others, this musical tells of the struggles, the joys and the triumphs of being black and of being a woman in America.

Dance – International Women’s Day Dance

DJ Spinach will be spinning old Soviet records, Electro Swing and beyond. Special guest New York Ska-Jazz Ensemble will perform live.

Celebrate – The Donas Presents: An International Women’s Day Celebration

An afternoon of personal stories and advice from NYC’s Top Comedians. Offering a menu created in collaboration for us from our friends at Gelso & Grand. Tarot Card Readings, Entertainment, Shop Female Owned, and treat yourself to Pizza, Pasta & Drinks. Comedians featured on Comedy Central, Tru TV, & Vice.
Admission is free, a small fee to reserve a seat.
