A Guided Tour About Agatha Christie’s Early Years in Torquay

This tour has been created to tell the story of Agatha‘s truly remarkable life, whilst taking the sea air, as we walk through the town and follow its beaches.
We’ll visit the place where she became engaged; walk along the pier where she would roller skate with friends; and see the building where she met the man who inspired Hercule Poirot
The tour will explain why she began writing; how she created her famous characters; and how she bounced back from personal and professional challenges to become the world’s most successful novelist.
By the end of the tour, you’ll have a better appreciation of her outstanding contributions, especially during both World Wars and how her books, films and television continue to touch the lives of billions around the world.
