This historical self-guided tour celebrates the female heritage of Sydney and puts the women who shaped it on the map. Everyone is welcome to use the map to explore the center of Sydney and learn about its founding mothers. The tour has 27 stops. At each point, you will “meet” an inspiring woman from different fields, such as newspaper editors, businesswomen, school teachers and principals, human rights activists, politicians, singers, and more.
