Chinatown and the South Cove area of Boston are rich in culture, art, and architecture, with murals, shops, and restaurants. But behind it all, there is a story of an entire community of immigrants.

In this self-guided tour, you will get to know remarkable women who dedicated their lives to economic justice as well as social change. Walk between the Visitor Center on Boston Common and Park Square, and visit places such as the Elizabeth Peabody Book Shop, the International Ladies Garment Workers Union Center, and the Phillis Wheatley Landing Place.
