Ljubljana got nominated as the UNESCO City of Literature status in 2015, and for a good reason. This guided tour will take you to Ljubljana’s main attractions while putting the spotlight on Slovenia’s most amazing ancient, modern, and contemporary literary women.

You will hear incredible herstories, as well as folk tale characters, feminist novels, free-verse poetry, lesbian short stories, anti-fascist attitude, and much more!

The tour will wander around the streets of Ljubljana and stop at historic landmarks as the Schweigerjeva House, which was the home of one of the most important women writers of Ljubljana, the Hercules Fountain, Ljubljana Old Town, Krizanke Church, and many more.
